Customer Services Charter

We will:

  • Be courteous in providing our services.
  • Align ourselves with our customer priorities.
  • Ensure that any concerns or complaints about our service are handled efficiently.
  • Do what we promise.

Customer Support List:

  • Provide a daily status report via the TRT Ltd website (Customer Login required).
  • Provide initial scrap quantities within 4 days of material being received.
  • Immediate and advance notification of delays with reason.
  • Prompt response to customer queries.

We depend on your feedback to help us assess and improve the quality of our business and Customer Services.  Please tell us how we are doing. You will receive a Customer Satisfaction Score sheet quarterly to provide your feedback.
