TRT Ltd has adopted the following Quality Objectives for continuous improvement:
- Halve the rate of customer complaints and internal non-conformance every three years.
- Halve the cost of non-conformance every three years.
- Reduce the number of defects delivered to the customer by a factor of ten every two years.
- Reduce turn around times in line with establishing industry best standards acceptable to our customers.
